
This fast and easy sweet mustard sauce is perfect for pork, taters and even veggies! Just a few ingredients over chops or pork loin will makes and easy elevation to a fast dinner!
1-2 Lb pork loin or pork chops, fry up in butter with salt and pepper.
Set aside so you can make the sauce in the pan drippings!
Sauce:
1/2 cup Heavy/Double Cream, at room temp
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
1/2 cup honey mustard
2 cloves garlic, finely diced, or 2 tbst pre-minced.
1 tsp very finely chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp dried Rosemary
1 tbsp each salt & pepper, as needed
Chopped parsley for garnish
Just whisk it all together while you being to a simmer, and
scrape up all the flavor from the pan and spoon over your pork once heated!
